Commissioning

Commissioning with PD measurement can prove the quality of an asset’s installation prior to energisation. Traditional withstand testing, or Hi-Pots, utilise a pass/fail criteria, giving no diagnostic information while potentially antagonising an assets insulation, despite passing the test.
